Management Systems
All Kador activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS). This system encompasses safety, quality, and care for the environment, as well as business operating policies and procedures.
The IMS has been audited by SAI Global and certified as compliant to OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
OHSAS 18001.2007, the Occupational health and safety management systems standard, shares common management systems principles with ISO 14001. This Standard sets auditable criteria for an occupational health and safety management system and includes guidance on how those criteria may be achieved. It encompasses the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001, the Australian and New Zealand Standard for Safety Management.
ISO 90001 specifies requirements for quality management systems. The requirements are applicable to organizations regardless of size, type, industry, product or service. It focuses on the quality management system's effectiveness in meeting customer requirements, and demonstrates the ability to meet customer requirements, prevent nonconformity and address customer satisfaction and quality improvement
ISO 14001:2004 is the international Standard that specifies requirements for a structured and systematic approach to environmental management. The Standard applies to those environmental aspects which the organisation can control and over which it can be expected to have an influence. As such is provides a sound basis for organisations to meet their environmental challenges

Safety

- Ensure that purchased equipment and materials meet required standards and do not compromise health or safety;
